Cutting
According to the blueprint, Lay down the carbon fiber cloth on the spreading machine split it into big pieces, and then cut it to the exact size by cutting machine.
Laminate
The cut carbon cloth will be laminated base on the blueprint , ensuring consistent lamination, put them on the pressing machine compact over 15minutes to make sure the tight lamination and flatness.
Heating mold
Apply a little epoxy resin on the mold , stick the laminated carbon cloth on the mold base on the blueprint , Smooth them by hand , if necessary heating with soldering iron , prepare for rolling.
Rolling
Rolling mold and carbon fiber with winding machine make sure the tightness between cloth and mold , temporary fixing the rod shape , repeat rolling and heating mold step for several times.
Taping
After checking the surface of the rod and make sure there are no quality issues , place mold in to the taping winding machine, taping with opp tape and wait till shaped.
